Lynn Appeal Update

Earlier this week the Pennsylvania Superior Court heard oral argument in Monsignor Lynn's appeal. A summary of the status of the case and the events of oral argument are here and here. The main argument discussed is a technical statutory one regarding the propriety of the statute utilized in the prosecution. As I have blogged earlier, this is a fascinating case on a number of levels including regarding the liability of those who perhaps were not direct abusers but who were aware of accusations.
