House Dems trying to kill DC vouchers

Disgusting.  This is change, I suppose; change that kills hope.  Disgusting.  Even the Washington Post sees this for the shameful act that it is.  Let's hope the Senate steps up.

UPDATE:  Rep. Joe Donnelly (D), my Catholic, Democrat representative, voted against the omnibus bill, which contains the anti-voucher provision.  Good for him.
